Let's start out with simple eating and exercising tips that will hopefully get us on a path to healthy bodies. I heard it once said that "You don't stop exercising because you get old, you get old because you stopped exercising. So here is a list of some simple steps we can take to jump start our systems.
1) Let's try a Meatless Monday- see if at least once a week you can go a days worth of meals without meat. (I hear you! you say what does that look like?) Let's take a look at breakfast maybe for breakfast you can make a fruit smoothie. It is a good way to get rid of fruit that has been around awhile..JUICE IT!! Lunch may consist of a salad and water. Dinner could be an exciting vegetable plate. In between meals eat a snack of peanuts and raisins. And include and after meal walk.
