Stress Management Program
Everybody has some level of stress, whether it’s mental, emotional or spiritual…EVERYBODY experiences some level of stress.
With that being the case, the manner in which you handle stress and its various sorts makes a difference in ones’ perspective. Perhaps it’s the reverse…your perspective of stress may affect the manner in which you deal with it. Bottom line, stress exists…environmental, financial, dealing with health conditions, emotional [family/friends…], business/job stress(es), world/national politics. Stress exists.
Crenshaw Health Partners, in collaboration with various mental health organizations and associations, faith-based and community-based organizations, provides information on the various types of stress management tools that will help with reducing negative effects of stress through workshops and activities.
